National Council of Space Grant Directors Meeting
National
Space Grant Foundation Invitation to Exhibitors
Thank
you for your interest in the National Space Grant Conference.
This meeting brings together the 52 State Directors for the
NASA Space Grant Program and their staff and affiliates. These
people are intimately familiar with the over 800 affiliate
institutions from academia, industry, government, and nonprofit
organizations that make up this national program. They are
involved in workforce development, education at all levels,
and research in science, engineering, aeronautics, aviation,
and all areas of interest to NASA and the broader aerospace
community.
We have reserved space for exhibitors in Piazza room at the
Sheraton Pasadena. The Piazza is connected to the conference
room and will also be the room where breakfast and lunches
are served.
Commercial
entities will contract for space through the (National Space
Grant Foundation) NSGF for $500 per exhibitor. There will
be tables and chairs for 8 exhibitors. There will be an extra
charge from the Sheraton for applicable electrical, audiovisual,
or telephone services.
The
$500 is the exhibitor fee. Banquet tickets for exhibitors
are an additional $50, unless the full meeting registration
fee is paid. If you would like to attend any of the events,
or eat any of the meals, please fill out the registration
form along with your payment for the conference as well as
the exhibitor fee. Please note that checks for the meeting,
events, and meals are to be made out to “UC REGENTS”,
and the $500 exhibitor fee checks are to be made out to “NSGF”.
