Hotel Registration Page

We will be meeting at the Sheraton Pasadena. The rooms are reserved under the name: National Space Grant. We have the Government Rate of $106 per night for single or double rooms. There is a parking fee of $7.00 per day for those of you with a car.

We have a new block of hotel rooms for 10/18 - 10/24 at the Pasadena Hilton (one block from the Sheraton). The room rate is $114 and the reservation code is NSG when making reservations.

Both the Sheraton and the Hilton offer a free shuttle, but the hotels are only a 3 minute walk from each other.

The Cut-Off registration date is midnight on September 19, 2004. Reservations accepted after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only. Please reserve your room as soon as possible, most of the Sheraton rooms are sold out.

Check in time is 3:00PM, check out is 12:00PM. Guests arriving before 3:00PM will be accommodated, as rooms become available. The Bell Captain can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE:

Super Shuttle provides to and from transportation from both Los Angles International Airport and Burbank Airport. Reservations are required. Call (800) 258-3826 for reservations and more info.

Burbank $16.00

The Sheraton and Hilton hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service within a 5-mile radius
